Who we are

Incentively Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17121895. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. These terms apply to Pop Quest. By using the games, you agree to these rules. The service is for personal, non-commercial play and is not intended for children under 13. Under-18s should review the terms with a parent or guardian. contact Incentively about Pop Quest or email hello@incentively.co.uk with questions.

Games, scores and the archive

Daily Quest has ten questions, ten seconds per question and 20 points for a correct answer, up to 200. A wrong answer or timeout earns zero. Submitted answers are final, and reopening a question does not reset its clock. Brief answer feedback appears before the next question.

Qwerty has four clues and five guesses. Solve on the first clue for 200 points; each further clue reduces the score by 50. Re-reading a clue is free. Revealing or failing to solve the answer earns zero.

POPCORN has ten film questions and is scheduled for Fridays at 6am London time. POPCORN and Extras are untimed. The core daily games are scheduled to refresh at midnight London time. Availability depends on successful preparation and publication.

The archive starts with editions dated 27 September 2026. Published editions join after their day has passed. They keep their original rules: archived Daily Quests remain timed. Opening a completed game shows its saved result and never awards points again. Playing a past edition cannot extend today’s streak. Completing either current core game can.

Points, streaks, arcade fans and fame statuses are for fun. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and do not enter you into a prize draw.

Red Carpet Rush and Arrivals Rush

Red Carpet Rush is a fictional celebrity-themed arcade game. Choose a stage name and character, collect fans and reach the venue door while avoiding obstacles. Unprotected camera collisions and carpet holes end a run. Sunglasses protect against one camera collision; collecting 50 fans earns one four-second bodyguard with up to three pushes. Other hazards can reduce fans or affect movement. The game guide explains the controls, protection and scoring.

Five opening venues lead to generated courses. Length and difficulty rise to limits so play can continue without every later course becoming faster. There is no final designed level. Fans and fame status are separate from quiz points, daily completion and streaks.

Arrivals Rush follows the same saving and sharing rules below, with completed numbered levels instead of venues. Its destination stays the waiting car, levels get longer and busier, and a three-second escort is earned at 60 collected fans. Trolleys and paparazzi can end a run. It is fictional entertainment and is not operated or endorsed by Birmingham Airport.

Completed career venues and personal bests can sync to your account. Unfinished runs save on the current device. Device or network failures, clearing storage or changing browsers can affect saves; check the saving message before leaving. A friend challenge can let you try a locked venue, but it does not unlock career levels or update career bests.

Friend challenges compare the result in a shared link: reaching the destination beats an unfinished run; otherwise percentage reached is compared first, then fans. Matching both is a tie. They are self-reported, replayable targets, not independently verified competitions. Do not misrepresent them as official rankings or real-world achievements.

Share only stage names and content you have the right to share. Cards and headlines describe fictional gameplay, not claims about real people or endorsements by celebrities. Challenge links have no individual revoke control, and deleting a profile does not recall an existing link or someone else’s copy. See sharing privacy before sending one.

Private campaign play

Private campaign games require a valid hub password. Please share it only with the intended audience. Access may be paused or revoked. Campaign personal bests are replayable game results, not verified rankings or prizes. Airport layouts, timings, hazards and gate numbers are fictional gameplay; use your airline’s travel documents and the airport’s current departure information for real journeys. Route links open the relevant airline booking page or airport announcement; travel information may change.

Your account and choices

Guest quiz play is tied to a browser session; Red Carpet Rush uses device saves as described above. An optional account keeps your Pop Quest progress together across devices and also works with Place Keys. Keep your sign-in secure and use suitable quiz and stage names. Do not impersonate another person or include offensive or private information.

Personalisation, usage measurement and notifications are separate optional choices. The privacy notice explains them. Deleting Pop Quest data does not delete your Place Keys account.

Play fairly

Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate game submissions, manipulate scores or access another player’s data. We may restrict abusive access or correct affected scores proportionately. You can contact us if you think a restriction is mistaken.

Public profiles and challenges are optional. Use them respectfully: no harassment, spam, impersonation or private information about other people. Block or report a profile from its public page. We may hide a reported public profile during review without removing access to the games. You may share your own results using the available sharing features. Our branding, artwork and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. References to films, music, people or brands do not imply endorsement by their owners.

Questions, corrections and availability

Some questions are prepared with AI and checked before publication. That process can still miss an error or ambiguity. Report the game, date and question through Help & contact. We may correct future content, withdraw an edition, or adjust an affected result fairly.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted play, delivery of every notification or error-free content. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or product improvements and will give reasonable notice where practical.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care, not business losses from using a personal entertainment service.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without overriding mandatory protections where you live. Consumers can bring claims in the courts available to them under applicable law, including their home courts where entitled. Material changes to these terms will be explained when appropriate; the date above identifies this version.
